Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store operations, inventory control, and scheduling. You will champion efficiency and ensure the store is customer-ready at all times.

You will oversee operational processes, partner with the General Manager on budgeting and planning, and coach the team to uphold ALO’s Guiding Principles.

This full-time role requires leadership in retail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in London.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or related industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and written/spoken communication.
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner to close gaps
• Maintain strong operational standards on the sales floor using data
• Support sell-through with accurate counts and labor planning
• Promote a safe, efficient work environment
• Represent the business in meetings and manage budgeting & planning
