Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the floor, deliver engagement and education targets, and create a service-led environment that sets ALO apart. You will lead Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, recruit and develop talent, and partner with Operations & Visual Leads to ensure strong frontline performance and store execution.

The role requires flexible scheduling including opening, closing and weekend shifts, with availability during peak periods such as

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision making.
• Valuing feedback, receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate on retail floors.
• Proof of right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead exceptional guest experience on the floor through guest connection and product education and coaching.
• Continue to build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize, implement action plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.
