ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to join our store leadership team in London. The role drives profitability and efficiency, coaching the team, and partnering with the Operations & Visual Manager to implement processes and improve performance on the shop floor.

You will manage inventory, shrink reduction, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration with the Visual and Sales leads while upholding ALO’s standards and guest experience. This is a full-time role with weekend shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and collaborate with the GM to address gaps.
• Oversee execution of shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, and floor updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support safe operations through stockroom processes and standards.
• Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guest experience.
