AloYoga is seeking a proactive Operations Associate in Greater London to support store operations, inventory control and visual standards. The role emphasizes delivering excellent guest experiences while maintaining efficient stockrooms and floor replenishment.

You will collaborate with the Operations & Visual teams and adapt to shifting schedules, including peak periods. The ideal candidate brings a client-centric mindset, strong energy, and teamwork, with rights to live and work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Execute inventory management processes to maximise accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with the General Manager to fix gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendors.
• Ensure a safe work environment through stockroom standards and processes.
• Move on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Assist with company directives and initiatives in operations.
• Assist in shipment processing and product flow with merchandising.
• Leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies and customer satisfaction.
