Job summary

ALO in Greater London is seeking an Operations Associate to support store profitability and efficiency. You will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager and the Operations Lead to initiate and complete tasks and provide feedback to the team to achieve optimal results in store operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate root causes of inventory issues with the General Manager to upscale processes.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate on budgets, expenses, vendor relationships, and facilities.
• Support safe work environment through stockroom standards and processes.
• Move on the retail floor to meet business/guest needs and assist in operations directives.
• Assist in product flow and visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment.
