Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations & Visual Manager to lead and implement store operations and visual standards. This role targets inventory accuracy, labor planning, and compelling in-store visuals to boost performance and customer readiness.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to manage budgets, reporting, and strategic initiatives, while coaching the Operations and Visual team. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of retail leadership, strong MS Office skills, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with GM to address gaps.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using data.
• Coordinate labor hours with deliveries and scheduling.
• Ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
