Job summary

Gymbox in London is seeking a Studio & Operations Manager to lead studio operations, timetables, instructor relations and member experiences across our nine iconic venues. You will manage timetables, budgets, instructor scheduling and payroll while driving growth of Gymbox classes and experiences.

A strong communicator, highly organised and proactive mindset is essential to ensure outstanding service and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain club timetables and studio bookings.
• Oversee studio budgets and commercial performance.
• Coordinate instructor scheduling, onboarding, payroll processes.
• Support development and promotion of Gymbox classes.
• Educate and engage club teams to champion studio offerings.
• Maintain high operational standards across studios.
• Act as a brand ambassador promoting Gymbox culture.
