Qualifications

• Proven experience coaching within a boutique fitness or premium training environment.
• Experience leading, mentoring or developing coaching teams.
• Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences and building long-term relationships.
• Strong organisational and operational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of coaching impact on retention and performance.

Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding coaching and maintaining a visible presence within the studio.
• Leading, mentoring and developing the coaching team to ensure consistent delivery and high standards.
• Overseeing programming implementation and ensuring coaching quality across sessions.
• Managing coach scheduling, studio standards and day-to-day operational excellence.
• Driving member engagement, retention and overall customer experience through proactive communication.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance each member's journey through personalised recommendations.
• Monitoring equipment, studio presentation and health and safety standards.
• Organising and supporting community events and member initiatives with the wider team.
• Using feedback and data to continually improve the coaching experience.
