Job summary

art-K Croxley Green is seeking a Studio Operations Coordinator to keep the studio organized, welcoming and inspiring for students and the teaching team. You will manage stock, prepare teaching resources, maintain operational systems and support the Branch Manager with day-to-day studio operations, enabling teachers to focus on delivering outstanding lessons.

Qualifications

• Experience running studio operations and maintaining teaching resources.
• Ability to respond professionally to customer enquiries via multiple channels.
• Familiarity with safeguarding, GDPR and Health & Safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain organized systems for artwork, resources and studio storage.
• Monitor stock levels, order materials within budget and prepare resources.
• Maintain an inspiring studio environment with displays and organisation.
• Assist the Branch Manager with day-to-day administration and records.
• Respond to customer enquiries by email, phone and in person.
• Ensure classrooms and materials are prepared for lessons.
• Follow safeguarding, GDPR and Health & Safety procedures.
