art-K Limited in Rickmansworth is seeking a committed Studio Teacher to deliver engaging, skill-based art lessons for children and guide their creative development in a welcoming environment.

You will lead a small studio team, manage day-to-day operations, foster strong relationships with students and parents, collaborate with marketing for local outreach, and uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards while pursuing a clear path to senior leadership and studio ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering art lessons to children.
• Ability to tailor teaching to individual progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, skill-based art lessons for children in a welcoming environment.
• Support students' artistic development, personalise progress, and help build confidence and creativity.
• Lead a small studio team and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents through excellent communication.
• Support local engagement and coordinate with central marketing to raise studio awareness.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and studio presentation.
