Job summary

FACEGYM is seeking an experienced Studio Manager for our St Johns Wood Studio in London. You will drive revenue, manage day-to-day operations, coach the team and ensure an exceptional FACEGYM experience for every client.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the studio floor, strong customer service and a proven ability to hit targets while upholding FACEGYM standards across inventory, health & safety and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working directly with customers.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team.
• Experience driving sales and achieving KPIs.
• Background in beauty, retail, wellness or spa environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Studio performance and targets on a daily basis.
• Coaching and developing the team to achieve KPIs.
• Build client loyalty, improve occupancy and drive rebooking.
• Oversee Studio operations, inventory, health & safety, and presentation.
