This is a chance to shape the member experience at a premium club where relationships matter. The Studio Co-ordinator will be the person members, prospects and coaches know and trust. The club has established a pipeline of new prospects and the studio coordinator will have scope to maximise member sign-up, and other opportunities for new business.
The role is designed to grow. As the club's reporting moves to automation, time is freed for work with direct commercial impact, such as retention, referrals and corporate partnerships. The aim is for the Studio Co-ordinator to develop into a Studio Manager or Membership Manager. As the commercial contribution grows, so does the chance to earn more through a larger performance-related share of pay. Progression is earned through results and reviewed with the Directors.
