An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Head Coach to join a premium boutique fitness business. This is a leadership role that combines exceptional coaching with operational oversight, team development and member experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining high coaching standards, driving member retention and creating a consistent, community-led experience while supporting the business through its next phase of growth.

It delivers a premium training experience through small group coaching, progressive strength programming, reformer pilates and personalised member support. With ambitious growth plans, the business is investing in its people to ensure exceptional standards and a scalable operating model.

The Basics:

• Salary: £36k + discretionary quarterly bonus
• Location: South East London
• Hours: Full-time (10-15 hours coaching, 15-20 hours leadership)
• Reporting to: The founders
• Subsidised Reformer/Pilates training at least 12 months into service

The Head Coach will become the operational heartbeat of the studio, leading the coaching team, championing member experience and ensuring the day-to-day operation runs smoothly. Working closely with the leadership team, they will help build a high-performing coaching culture while allowing the wider business to focus on future expansion.
