Job summary

The University of Manchester seeks a motivated Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Administrator (Student Support & Wellbeing) to join the School of Social Sciences on a part-time fixed-term basis. You will support undergraduate and postgraduate students, liaising with staff and services to enhance wellbeing and access to support.

Qualifications

• Relevant or transferable knowledge and experience in teaching and learning or student administration.
• Flexible and responsive with excellent communication and confidentiality.

• Experience with administrative processes and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent digital literacy with Word, PowerPoint and Excel; willing to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• To administer Teaching and Learning and Student Administration activities for the SSW team.
• To assist with day-to-day tasks and act as a reference within the team, escalating when needed.
• Provide information, advice and guidance to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update records with data protection compliance and generate reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders.
