Job summary

St Anne’s Academy is seeking a Link Intervention Lead to provide targeted support to students with challenging behaviour and/or additional needs within The Link, our onsite provision unit. You will work with the Link Manager and school team to deliver high-quality learning and personalised interventions that foster academic, social and emotional development.

The role requires experience with young people, especially those with challenging behaviour, and a calm, resilient approach.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people, particularly with challenging behaviour and/or additional needs.
• Ability to build trusting relationships and promote inclusion and achievement.
• Calm, patient, resilient with ability to respond to challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support to students with challenging behaviour and/or additional needs.
• Work with the Link Manager and school teams to deliver high-quality learning and interventions.
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate targeted interventions and adapt to individual needs.
