Job summary

St Anne's Church of England Academy is seeking a Link Intervention Lead to provide targeted support to students within The Link, our onsite alternative provision unit. You will work closely with the Link Manager and teaching staff to deliver personalised interventions supporting academic, social and emotional development.

The role focuses on fostering resilience, confidence and inclusion for students, with an emphasis on safeguarding and professional communication with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience with young people, especially those with challenging behaviour or additional needs.
• Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate targeted interventions.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support to students with challenging behaviour and/or additional needs.
• Collaborate with the Link Manager, teaching staff and wider school team to deliver interventions.
• Monitor progress and adapt support to individual learner needs.
