Teaching Vacancies is seeking a Link Intervention Lead to join our onsite alternative provision, The Link, at St Anne's Academy in Manchester. You will provide targeted support to students with challenging behaviour and/or additional needs, delivering personalised interventions to help them overcome barriers to learning and develop confidence and resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people, particularly those with challenging behaviour and/or additional needs.
• Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate targeted interventions and adapt support to individual needs.
• Calm, patient and resilient, with capacity to respond to challenging situations.
• Strong teamwork and professional communication with students, colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions to support students' academic, social and emotional development.
• Work closely with the Link Manager and school team to provide high-quality learning in the onsite provision.
• Plan, implement and evaluate interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing of all students.
