The Bedford College Group is seeking an Inclusion and Development Coordinator to join the Health, Social Care & Childcare teams. You will coordinate targeted learner support and wellbeing initiatives to boost attendance and achievement.

Role involves collaboration across campuses, safeguarding, and contributing to college-wide development and inclusion initiatives. Right to work in the UK required.

Competenze

• Educated to at least Level 3 with GCSE English and Maths, and experience in student support or guidance.
• Strong safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Mansioni

• Coordinate targeted learner support to address attendance, engagement and achievement.
• Promote wellbeing and coordinate referrals and support plans.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams, parents/carers and external partners to advocate for learners.
