Job summary

The Bedford College Group is seeking an Inclusion and Development Coordinator at Bedford Campus to support learners through targeted interventions, wellbeing initiatives and safeguarding. You will coordinate referrals, collaborate with curriculum teams and external partners, and help improve learner engagement and progression.

The role requires Level 3 qualifications and experience in student support, mentoring or learner development.

Qualifications

• Educated to at least Level 3 with GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Experience in student support, advice and guidance, mentoring, coaching, or learner development environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate targeted learner support to address attendance, engagement and achievement barriers.
• Support wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion; coordinate referrals and support plans.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams, parents/carers, central services and external partners to advocate for learners.
