Job summary

OFG Education invites applications for a Pastoral Support Worker at Smallbrook School in Shrewsbury. This role focuses on supporting students with SEMH needs, building trusted relationships and promoting wellbeing in a nurturing school setting.

You will work closely with teachers, families and external professionals to help students overcome barriers to learning while safeguarding their welfare and encouraging growth and resilience.

• Create a safe, structured environment for learning.
• Support school operations and day-to-day activities.
