• Experience in a secondary school, education, youth work or behaviour-support setting is desirable.
• Ability to monitor behaviour and attendance and support pupils’ wellbeing.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and school policies.

Aufgaben

• Manage and support students with challenging behaviour.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with students.
• Monitor behaviour, attendance and punctuality.
• Deliver targeted pastoral and behaviour interventions.
• Work closely with teachers, parents/carers and senior leaders.
• Support students with SEND and additional pastoral needs.
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and conflict.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures.
• Encourage positive choices, resilience and engagement with learning.
