St Bernadette’s Catholic School in the West of England is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to help every pupil reach their full potential. You will work closely with staff, families and external agencies, promoting wellbeing and engagement in a faith-filled learning environment.

The role emphasises safeguarding, strong communication, empathy, and reliable administration, supporting the Pastoral Leader and SLT to keep students in class and progressing academically.

• Excellent communicator, courteous and sensitive with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable with a positive approach to working in a structured environment.

Aufgaben

• Support the Pastoral Leader and SLT with day-to-day organisation and administrative tasks involving students and parents.
• Promote academic and personal progress for students under your responsibility.
• Provide a visible presence to ensure students are in class and engaged.
• Play a significant role in the safeguarding team within the school.
