Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is seeking a Senior Student Support Hub Adviser to lead frontline service delivery within the Student Support Hub. This role focuses on people leadership, operational oversight and delivering a high-quality, responsive student experience.

You will supervise advisers, coordinate rotas and respond across in-person, telephone, email and online channels, driving improvements and ensuring excellent service for a diverse student community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Student Support Hub Advisers, coordinating staffing rotas, workload allocation and service coverage across enquiry channels.
• Support service improvement initiatives, maintain high customer service standards, develop effective stakeholder relationships, and contribute to projects that enhance the student experience.
