Job summary

City St George's, University of London is seeking a proactive Student Engagement Officer to support student participation and learning. You will work within The City Law School to identify and remove barriers to engagement, and provide administrative support for attendance and engagement monitoring.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-level or equivalent.
• Experience in busy customer-focused environment, ideally in Higher Education.
• Confident with IT systems, including MS Office.
• Experience of student records systems (SITS) desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to draft correspondence and reports.
• Knowledge of data protection requirements and handling of sensitive information.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse problems and identify solutions.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
