Global University Systems (GUS) seeks a Student Success Team Manager for London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) to lead the SST across Tower Hill and Aldgate campuses. You will drive data-informed interventions to support retention and achievement, directing a diverse team of tutors within an experiential teaching framework.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and teaching qualification.
• Experience leading staff in academic or educational support settings.
• Ability to use data dashboards to monitor performance and drive insights.
• Experience in HE/FE teaching or student support and CPD delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a student-centred approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SST team across campuses, programmes and levels of study.
• Set and review team objectives and conduct regular appraisals.
• Recruit, induct, train, and develop SST staff and CPD.
• Act as escalation point for complex academic cases and deputise for Director.
• Oversee 1:1 support, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Ensure guidance aligns with curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Own use of engagement and progression data to identify at‑risk students.
• Build dashboards and reports for timely, actionable insight.
• Collaborate with wellbeing, careers, and academic teams.
