Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive student success strategy aligned with ESL and partner university goals.
• Lead initiatives focusing on student retention, academic support, and engagement.
• Analyse student data to identify at-risk students and design targeted interventions.
• Oversee delivery of academic advising, mentoring, and personal development workshops.
• Collaborate with academic staff and student services to promote a holistic student experience.
• Manage budget and lead staff training for best practices in academic support.
