The London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is seeking a Student Success Tutor to enhance student journeys and provide academic support in London - Tower Hill & Aldgate. The role involves personal tutoring, using data to guide at-risk students, and promoting a growth-focused learning environment.

Ideal candidates will hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree and a PGCE or equivalent. This full-time position offers a chance to make a real impact while working in a diverse academic culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Hospitality, Management or similar.
• PGCE (or working towards it) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience in teaching or supporting learners in Further or Higher Education.

Mansioni

• Deliver 1:1 and small group academic support.
• Help students set SMART goals and track their progress.
• Identify students at risk and intervene early.
