Job summary

London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is seeking a strategic leader to head the Student Success Tutor team. You will drive data‑driven decisions, oversee 1:1 support, workshops and proactive engagement to boost retention and achievement across campuses.

You will manage performance, CPD, curriculum alignment and continuous improvement while collaborating with academic, wellbeing and careers teams to support student progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading academic support teams in HE/FE.
• Ability to translate data into actionable improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SST team across campuses, set objectives, conduct appraisals and CPD.
• Oversee 1:1 support, workshops, and group sessions aligned to learning outcomes.
• Own engagement, attendance, assessment data to identify at‑risk students and target interventions.
• Ensure compliance with academic regulations and quality standards; drive continuous improvement.
