Job summary

Elizabeth School of London is seeking a motivated Student Success Tutor to support student retention and satisfaction on campus in Manchester. The role involves direct student guidance, coordinating with faculty, and facilitating timely academic progress.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM, on-site at ESL's Manchester site, contributing to a supportive learning community and effective student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a UK-recognised university and at least 1 year in an HEI environment in teaching or academic support.
• Strong customer service ethos and ability to work with diverse student groups.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support a set group of students to enhance retention and progress.
• Coordinate with lecturers and support teams to address student needs.
• Schedule one-on-one sessions and monitor attendance and progress.
• Assist with enrolment, induction, examinations and assessments as required.
• Maintain confidential records and communicate with students via multiple channels.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from any UK recognised university and minimum 1 year experience in HEI teaching or academic support
