Job summary

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Active Department at Berkshire College of Agriculture in Maidenhead on a full-time, term-time basis. The role supports learners across classes, groups and individuals to access the curriculum.

You'll work 37 hours per week over 37 term-time weeks per year, with a pro-rated salary on Scale G (£21,166.19 to £22,662.10). A Level 2 in English and Mathematics is required, with experience supporting learners with

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualifications (GCSE A-C or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• Experience or ability to support learners with difficulties such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia or Dyspraxia.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
• Support students with English, mathematics and ICT skills.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
• Adapt learning materials and support mobility-impaired students.
