Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for our Berkshire College of Agriculture campus in Maidenhead. This full-time, term-time role supports classes, groups and individuals to access the curriculum and achieve learning goals.

You will assist with learning activities, adapt materials, and support learners with EHCPs, English, maths and ICT development. Applicants should have Level 2 English and Maths and be flexible to work across departments or remotely if needed.

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Mathematics (GCSE A-C or equivalent).
• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive approach.
• Ability to work across departments or remotely if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
• Help students overcome physical, emotional, or learning barriers and support EHCPs.
• Assist with assignments, exam preparation and development of English, Maths and ICT skills.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records; adapt learning materials.
