• Experience working with learners or supporting individuals (education, youth work, care, mentoring, coaching — all welcome).
• Genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised academic and pastoral support to students
• Help learners develop study habits, organisational skills, and confidence
• Work closely with teaching teams to ensure students stay engaged and on track
• Support young people and adults with a range of needs in and out of the classroom
