As an Academic Support Coach at Wiltshire College & University Centre, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering learners to overcome challenges, develop independent study skills, and achieve their educational goals. Whether you already have experience supporting learners or are eager to bring your coaching, mentoring, or support skills into education, you'll be helping students succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

What We Offer

Salary: £21,486 rising to £21,740 per year (Full time equivalent £24,619 - £24,910 per year)

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time 37 hours per week, Term Time Only 36+2 weeks per year

Year-Round Employment: No unpaid breaks
