Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking a full-time Progress Coach to support learner achievement and respond to individual needs. You will manage your own caseload and work across the college to provide both pastoral and academic support.

The role is fixed-term for 1 academic year, 38 weeks, with a competitive salary and benefits package including pension, on-site parking, training, induction, and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Education & Training or equivalent.
• Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
• 5 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent including English and Maths.
• Experience using data to inform interventions and safeguarding of learners.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of students and provide pastoral and academic support.
• Collaborate across college to ensure consistent, high levels of support for learners.

Education
