Job summary

Alpadia seeks a Student Services Coordinator to support the Student Services Manager with day-to-day student administration, reception duties, and customer service. You will ensure a warm welcome for students, manage registrations, and assist with payments and attendance.

Role involves safeguarding and compliance tasks, DBS checks, and close collaboration with various departments to deliver a smooth Kaplan experience for students.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration work (preferably in an ELT environment)
• Experience in working in a customer-facing environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT tasks
• Attention to detail and data accuracy

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for students and liaise with departments
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Assist with day-to-day student administration and welcome/leavers packs
• Support visa/compliance processes and data protection tasks
• Assist with payments, registration forms and attendance records
• Support welfare and safeguarding responsibilities as part of the team
• Participate in training and personal development
• deputise for the Student Services Manager when required
