Job summary

Kaplan International Languages is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to support the Student Services Manager in customer service, student administration and welfare. You will handle reception, inductions, visa checks and payments, while promoting KI Languages courses to current and prospective students.

The role emphasises safeguarding, compliance with UKVI/IRB requirements and data protection, plus ongoing professional development in a busy ELT environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration work within an education or ELT environment.
• Experience in working in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in dealing with and solving complaints.
• Experience in processing payments.
• Experience in selling products and services to customers.
• Experience in visas and compliance and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for students and liaise with departments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal/external customers.
• Manage reception duties and keep the area tidy and welcoming.
• Assist with inductions and student welfare journey.
• Proactively promote KI Languages courses and services to students.
