Job summary

East Coast College is seeking an experienced and inspiring Student Services Manager to lead our Student Services provision across all campuses, including Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. You will oversee careers guidance, wellbeing support, student engagement and enrichment activities.

This permanent, full-time role requires strong leadership and a passion for student success, with a focus on safeguarding and partnerships, and offers a competitive salary and pension.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Student Services or equivalent.
• Experience within the education sector.
• Understanding of careers programmes and partnerships.
• Commitment to safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead Student Services across all campuses.

• Manage and develop the Student Services team.
