Job summary

East Coast College is seeking an Admissions Manager for its Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft campuses. You will lead admissions operations, ensuring a professional, up-to-date service for prospective and current students.

You will motivate staff, monitor performance using MI data, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support recruitment and learner journeys. The role is permanent, full-time with a Band J salary.

Qualifications

Experience leading admissions or similar service teams.
Strong data reporting and management information skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and compliance in a college environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the admissions function, ensuring accurate data reporting, effective enrolment processes, and high-quality service for all students.
Monitor team performance against targets and service standards using data to drive improvement.
Oversee recruitment, training, appraisals and staff development within the Admissions team.
Develop and maintain efficient admissions, recruitment and enrolment processes to support learner journeys.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promote equality and inclusion, ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met.
