Job summary

East Coast College is seeking an Admissions Manager to lead the admissions operations at the Great Yarmouth campus and to ensure an excellent experience for prospective and current students. You will oversee enrolment processes, data reporting and service quality to support a positive learner journey.

The role manages the Admissions team, with responsibilities for recruitment, training, performance management and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and manage admissions operations with data reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the admissions function, ensuring accurate data reporting, effective enrolment processes, and high-quality service for all students.
• Monitor team performance against targets using data to drive improvement and informed decisions.
• Oversee the Admissions team including recruitment, training, appraisals, performance management and staff development.
• Develop efficient admissions, recruitment and enrolment processes supporting student recruitment, retention and learner journey.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promote equality and safeguarding responsibilities, and support strategic objectives.
