The University of Bath is seeking multiple Student Support Officers to enhance the taught student experience from induction to graduation. You will work with academic and professional services staff to maintain an integrated student support system and help identify at‑risk students using internal processes.

The role involves providing academic advising, monitoring course engagement, Disability Access Plans, Health, Wellbeing & Support for Study plans, Return to Study, and liaising with Student

Qualifications

• Proactive and self-motivated with initiative and strategic thinking.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with staff and students.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Able to manage workload and stakeholder expectations effectively.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with academic and professional services staff to support the taught student experience.
• Identify students at risk of not succeeding using internal processes and services.
• Provide academic advising, monitor course engagement, and support Disability Access Plans.
• Support Health, Wellbeing & Support for Study plans and Return to Study activities.
• Liaise with Student Support & Safeguarding and maintain cross‑university relationships.
