Job summary

SRUC is seeking a Student Recruitment Officer to promote courses and the student experience across Scotland and the wider UK. You will deliver engaging presentations, attend events, and support recruitment activities to inspire prospective students to apply.

You will work closely with Marketing, Admissions and academic departments to build strong relationships with schools and colleges, guiding applicants through the journey to enrolment and applying data-driven insights to maximise conversions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience engaging with diverse audiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations to prospective students.
• Attend events and support recruitment activities across Scotland and the wider UK.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges and other stakeholders.
• Guide applicants through the decision-making journey to maximise applications, offers, and enrolment.
• Utilise insight and feedback to improve conversion and outcomes across SRUC’s portfolio.
• Travel regularly to represent SRUC at recruitment events and exhibitions.
