Job summary

SRUC is recruiting a Digital and Conversion Officer to lead the development and continuous improvement of the prospective student conversion journey. Based on-site in the UK, you will design targeted communications and nurture campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools.

You will analyze data, monitor performance and develop automated workflows to optimise enrolments, collaborating with Marketing, Student Recruitment and Admissions teams.

Qualifications

• Educated to SCQF Level 9, degree level or have equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, Business, CRM Management or related discipline.
• Eligibility for sponsorship: role does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship; applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, management and improvement of our prospective student conversion journey.
• Design and deliver targeted communications and lead nurturing campaigns from enquiry to enrolment.
• Utilise CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to create personalised customer journeys.
• Analyze data, monitor conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve the student experience.
• Develop automated workflows and manage conversion activities.
• Produce insightful reporting to support evidence-based decision-making and sustainable enrolment growth.

Education

SCQF Level 9 or equivalent in Marketing/Related
