SRUC is seeking a dynamic Student Recruitment Manager to drive enrolments across further and higher education, postgraduate, online and work-based learning. You will lead a team, turning strategy into successful recruitment campaigns and engagement plans that reach diverse audiences.

You will collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, Student Services and academics to optimise the applicant journey, widen access, and maximize enrolments while promoting SRUC’s strong educational portfolio across

Qualificações

• Educated to SCQF Level 9 (degree level) or able to demonstrate equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Lead recruitment campaigns and engagement plans to attract diverse students across SRUC’s FE, HE, postgraduate, online and work-based learning portfolio.
• Translate strategic ambitions into measurable recruitment activity and enrolment growth.
• Collaborate across Admissions, Marketing, Student Services and academic departments to maximise applicant experience and SRUC’s educational offering.
