The University of Salford (Personnel) is seeking a Student Recruitment Officer to shape how prospective students experience and engage with the university. You will work across exhibitions, presentations and school partnerships to help students make informed choices about their future.

This role centers on communication, relationship building and data-informed recruitment, with a dedicated geographic region and opportunities for travel within the UK, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in student recruitment or outreach preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and work occasional evenings/weekends.
• Customer-focused, with ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver information and guidance to prospective students at events and via communications.
• Plan and deliver targeted recruitment activity using data insights.
• Develop relationships with schools and colleges to support recruitment goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise opportunities and coordinate activity.
• Travel extensively within the UK and work flexibly as needed.
