You will work with students, families and external agencies, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting to staff. The role requires empathy, adaptability and a proactive approach to improving student progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Strong record-keeping and documentation abilities are required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support students in personal and academic development to reach their potential.
• Record and report contact details to relevant staff and departments.
• Liaise with external agencies, parents and colleagues as needed.
