You will work with teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies, adapt learning materials and help pupils develop confidence and resilience to thrive in school and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Progress Partner role with SEN pupils experiencing SEMH, helping them engage positively with learning and school life.
• Build trusting relationships, promote emotional regulation, and provide tailored academic support.
• Collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies, create a calm and structured environment, and adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.
• Help pupils develop confidence, resilience and social skills to thrive in a nurturing, inclusive setting.
