Qualifications

• Level 3 relevant qualification or equivalent experience
• Mentoring qualification or willingness to work towards
• PTLLS or equivalent qualification or willingness to work towards

Responsibilities

• Oversee the academic and social progress of a caseload of students
• Support induction, performance and progression
• Promote attendance, retention and achievement
• Coordinate and deliver the student enrichment programme
• Work with curriculum teams, student services and community organisations
