Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in student support or transferable experience in advice, guidance or pastoral roles.

Responsibilities

  • Support HE students with welfare, wellbeing and progression needs.
  • Act as key point of contact for HE students and provide timely advice and guidance.
  • Manage referrals from staff, deliver workshops and coordinate individual support.
  • Maintain accurate records of student cases and handle safeguarding and sensitive disclosures.
