Job summary

Capital City College in London is seeking a dedicated Progress Coach to support and drive key operational functions, shaping the future of education. The role is full-time, fixed-term until 30 July 2027, with a 35-hour week and responsibilities including delivering group tutorials, tracking student progress and liaising with stakeholders.

You will work within a collaborative team, supporting Animal Academy students and helping drive retention and progression across study programmes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver the College’s group tutorial sessions for all Animal Academy Students.
• Contribute to the development of teaching, learning and assessment materials as part of the group tutorial scheme.
• Be committed to professional self-development through in-service training for the role.
• Support learners to reach their minimum and aspiration target grades via regular 1:1 reviews (caseload ~250).
• Liaise with staff, parents/carers and external stakeholders to support at-risk students.
