Capital City College in London is seeking a dedicated Progress Coach to support and drive key operational functions, shaping the future of education. The role is full-time, fixed-term until 30 July 2027, with a 35-hour week and responsibilities including delivering group tutorials, tracking student progress and liaising with stakeholders.

You will work within a collaborative team, supporting Animal Academy students and helping drive retention and progression across study programmes.

• Support learners to reach their minimum and aspiration target grades via regular 1:1 reviews (caseload ~250).
• Liaise with staff, parents/carers and external stakeholders to support at-risk students.

About The Role

This role is offered as on a full-time, fixed term basis, the contract will end on 30th of July 2027. This role is full-time, working 35 hours per week. To support study programme student retention, achievement and progression through target setting, progress reviews, and effective liaison with other relevant stakeholders. To deliver the College’s group tutorial programme.

About You

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service.

• Deliver the College’s group tutorial sessions for all Animal Academy Students.
• Contribute to the continued development of teaching, learning and assessment materials as part of the College’s group tutorial scheme.
• Be committed to professional self-development, through participation in-service training as necessary for the successful carrying out of the job.
• Support Learners achieve their Minimum and Aspiration target grades by undertaking regular 1:1 review with a caseload of approximately 250 students.
• Liaise closely with relevant staff, parents/carers and external stakeholders in supporting students identified as being at risk.
• Engage with stakeholders during open events, parents evenings or prospective student interviews.
• To comply with and promote College Health and Safety policies and procedures and to undertake recommended Health and Safety training as and when necessary.
• Undertake such other duties as are commensurate with the grade of the post, as may be reasonably required at the initial place of work or at other locations in the College.
